I like the Chaos Rail.

Too many irons in the fire...but I know he's going to raise the prices soon. He has to in order to keep up with demand.

What's the magazine capacity on the big mag?

I was thinking about that. I gotta check cost on such a job to make sure it validates the 1" but I like the idea quite a bit.

Big mag is 10rnds and can do 2 3/4 or 3s.

Train with them. You wont see me own something to collect dust. I buy to utilize and throw down in the mud. If it can't handle it, then I shouldn't have purchased it in the first place

I'm offended by this thread.

You use the lords name in vain...blasphemer.

Then, you assume zombies need to be killed. They are gods children too! Made in his image!

THEY are the meek that shall inherit the Earth! They are the next plague, the rain of 40 days and 40 nights, the hoards of locusts!! They will wipe us out for we are sinners and they are gods new children!

Praise JEBUS and let the Zombies inherit the Earth!!

You could "know" enough knowledge about firearms to fill a library... but all of that knowledge is not going to do you a fuck-ounce of good, if you're still not able to hit the board side of a barn, much less take down a mob of 20 twenty hungry skull-fuckers.

Zombies don't sleep... you can't bore them to sleep with your "vast knowledge of firearms and zombies."

Fuck yo couch! I went shooting with Paladin and he said I shot well. (I did buy him lunch)
As for i355, I only went to the on ramp (the D675 slid all the way to i355).

Indiana blows, it's cold there. I'll stay here where 60 is "cool".

Talk to us when it's 110 degrees with 95% humidity down there this summer and we're tearing up the F4T and it's a beautiful 95 degrees with 94% humidity.

I hate Illinois too.

The irony is the OP was born in Florida.

Back on topic, any thoughts on that barrel? Can it simply be cut shorter (legal length)? Can the muzzle brake count towards the barrel length? True, I live in a state that allows short barreled shotguns, waiting the 6-12 months and paying $200 blows.

there are issues with gas system on Saiga SBS - you can go as short as 12 inches or 10 inches, but the gas block needs to move closer to the chamber, new gas ports drilled and old gas ports filled.
you can go 18-16 without that much hustle but might need to redrill gas ports for bigger diameter

Tromix is a known manufacturer of SBS saiga

The brake will count as part of the barrel length so long as it's permanently attached (pinned/soldered/etc.).

What's the appeal to a SBS/SBR for you?

What's the effective range on a 8" Saiga 12 with a brake? 50 feet? How about a 13" barrel +5" brake (non-NFA), 100 feet? Even with the 13" barrel, she's a massive gun and not something I'd want to use indoors. With such a diminished range what else would you be doing with that beast? I dig the fancy weapons as much as the next guy but there's something to be said for a classic M4, A2 or AK when it comes to accuracy, reliability and dispatching zombies.
