2 scores in one day!

sucks when people die, but I was able to score a ruger 10/22 on estate sale - tapco bastardized and dirty as sin, but for unbelievable price - $200 with 4 butler creek hot lips mags, centerpoint 3-9x32 rimfire scope, bipod, and tapco furniture!

did complete brake down, soaked with hoppes 9 and cleaned the shit out of it!
tapco and factory barrel go for sale, archangel target stock is on order with .920 stainless barrel

and at the same day $60 for 3x magnifier and swivel mount for my AR. will get a better mount in the future - and a bummer that my nice samson BUIS did not clear the magnifier, so I had to put my cheap Magpul MBUS back....

Nice score on the magnifier! I'm Jelly!

I wish I had known you needed a 10/22 bull barrel. I have a nice OEM hammer forged one that I totally forgot I still had. (apparently I had several, and I keep finding more!).

Nice finds.

Eric, Is the OEM barrel stainless or blued? I'm building a pair for my 2 oldest spawn and may be willing to take it off your hand if our resident IDF doesn't nab it 1st

LOL, this picture was taken in the corner of the room on the crib mattress

I just used manual mode on my dinky powerShot SX230 - metered off the rifle on the dark background then moved it on the mattress and shot with the same exposure.

the light walls and mattress got overexposed on purpose, that's it

there is not much of the build at this time

just old used 10/22 I picked up at estate sale, hammer forged barrel that I bought from CLSB member, Promag archangel target deluxe stock, Wallmart special CenterPoint 3-9x32 scope. Stock came with recoil buffer and the extended mag release, barrel is floated now, but the stock also came with barrel tensioner, thought I don't think this barrel will need it. harris style cheapo bipod, thats it

the rest is stock - eventually I will build it up with better trigger, cahrging handle and possibly a better scope

That's called knowing your camera, and exactly how I do most of my shots...except I use it A(perture) mode.

I love how digital has made it so everyone can learn proper photography skills.
