Anyone ever polished trigger components on a Glock?

Been reading about this on several forums. Seems like an easy way to make the Glocks trigger smoother. Seeing if anyone attempted this on here.

All your doing is speeding up the normal wear and tear of the parts. The flitz polish and dremel wheel will remove some of the imperfections but don't expect a 3 lb silky smooth trigger with this "mod". As long as you use a fine polish on the parts you won't hurt anything. For what it's worth 4/6 of my glocks have it done. For ne though if your not going to change anything else while your in there it's not worth it as a stand alone mod

I was thinking of polishing the components and switching to a 3.5 lb connector.

My G19 has a 3.5 trigger and polishing, and it has a nice break. I'm pretty happy with it.
