Did he say 12 inch slug?

Yeah, I caught that too. My brain went WAT! Then painted a picture of what that would look like.

He is from Georgia and his name is Kyle Myers. He posts videos on YouTube all the time under the "FPSRussia" user name. The accent is fake. He must have a very good friend that has a high level Federal Firearms License, as he has access to weapons you wouldn't normally see. His videos are fun to watch.

A FFL isn't required to own a full auto weapon in Georgia. It's the same here in Florida, NFA check, pay the tax stamp, wait 4-12 months, (it's about 5 right now), and either form a trust or have your paperwork signed by the Sherriff and you are good to go.
