Talking Post CLSB "HUNT"

Wow what an EXCELLENT day!!

Mike great job! We all got birds and had a great time hunting. The weather was decent except for the slight wind. We missed some birds but atleast it was'nt on the account of the safety!

I could of had a nice rooster that Mike took from me but i kinda held back on the shot cause i really liked his dog.

We all had some nice shots but Rick had a kick ass shot with GOOD distance. gotta love the 5!

All in all great time and can't wait to do it again! Hey where's the good pics and don't forget the tutorial!

Good job guys and look forward to the next hunt!

That was an absolute blast today ! ! Great company !

We all got some birds... Diamond did OK ! ! The training is definately paying off. For a 9 1/2 month old pup I was very pleased. Especially the tackle she put on that one rooster! ! ! Im a proud Dad tonight! ! She hasnt moved since she hit the floor about 8 o clock !

Brad had a good time too !

You guys that were on the fence about doing this missed out on a hell of a good time ! There will be more hunts to come. Stay tuned.

Im glad all of us had saftey in mind and you all didnt fill my dogs butt with lead. Some of those roosters came out hot but really low!! Next hunt- #5's for me ! .

Great time guys, Ill post the pics and email you guys them tomorrow...Im 100% worn out!

It was a great day! But it had a bad ending for me I was less than a mile for home and got rear ended, nothing bad, but enough to ruin a otherwise prefect day.

I love number 5 shot, I could reach out and touch the birds Although the two shots I took at....80 yards was really dreaming on my part But that was the second bird that flew away from us, and I was going "Hell, I have to try" the third time was the charm

Diamond is a "GOOODDDD DOOOGGGIE" she did her job, we kinda poked a few holes in the sky

Glad to hear that you guys had a fun and safe trip. What kind of birds did you get and who should I hit up for feathers to tie fly with

Rick, that sucks about the car but it could have been a lot worse yesterday afternoon.

Pheasants, chinese ring necks, beautiful birds. The damamge to the Jeep is about $50.00. Just to the plastic bumper protector and the plastic trim around the license plate holder. I figure the damage to the guys Lexus was $500.00 to $700.00. passenger side fender damage and so trim.

Guys excellent trip yesterday. My first hunt ever and I had a blast, I cant wait to go out again.

Rick next time you wanna go after those 100 yard shots we will hit up Ken for some heat seeking missles.

Kelly, thanks for the offering me some tips, they are always appreciated, and Mike I think we all owe you a great bit of thanks, you organised it in an awesome manner, and diamond did a great job. I cant wait to see her after a few more hunts, she is gonna be a pro.

Now if my email would just light up with those pics

HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!
