Even "if" the AR was banned, parts would still be available. I'll wait until prices come down and parts are available then I will buy.

Yes, they will eventually catch up. Though when you have new lowers coming you tend to want to build them right away.

I picked up a Saiga 7.62x39 to tide me over.

As far as the original post goes, seems like hitting up local stores for parts may be the way to go.

I have been checking local shops here as well. I'm buying anything reasonable, and when I have extras I'll sell them here for what I get them for plus true shipping. I don't want to make money off the parts, just helping to arm my brothers and sisters.
