broken Recon Scout

I broke my unit's Recon Scout robot. My unit is so cool that they made me keep it.

The problem with the unit is whenever I turn the stick to the right, left and backwards, it looses connection and won't even turn backwards and to the left. It can move forward and to the right but it looses its connection-The video. I have to mess around witht the antenna to be able to get the signal back.

The camera and the IR still works but I won't be able to control the robot anymore.

Anyone knows how to fix the controls? I will take pictures in a little bit.

I reread the problem, its on a 2.4ghz system right? im guessing so cause of the dual wire antennas on the bot

one of the antennas could be bad on the bot, back when RC planes started getting the 2.4ghz radios there were problems with things like that where partial control was lost.
I might be able to mess with it and get it working but no guarantees

can you use this controller with a different bot and another bot with this controller? see if you can isolate which part is messing up
