any of you ASC members? going to join up again as my travel has slowed down finally again, will actually be around to use it. I don't know if they are still doing the assessment thing where if you bring in a new member you don't have to pay the assessment... Let me know.

There still is an assessment of $15 per month or you can pay early and get a discount. New members are $280 for the year and a $280 initial fee. The $280 is prorated down every month. The new member cost waives your assessment for the year you join. We just signed on 9 new members last week and have been steadily adding members 7-15 every orientation. If you have any ?s I can awnser them for you. I'm on the Practical Rifle, Action Shooting Sports committee.

There is no discount to the assessment for adding new members FYI only discount is paying yearly up front

yeah that's what i thought. before if you signed up a new member the assessment was waived for you for the rest of the year. thought i'd throw someone a bone if it still worked that way.

I was a member before but left for a couple years due to traveling a ton for work, etc..

Yea that got rid of that cause people were taking advantage of it and the club voted to keep the assessment in place to lower the capital on the property.
