Magpul issues in CO

Anyone following Magpul's Facebook.

Sounds like a High Cap ban got voted in in Colorado where Magpul is located.

They previously stated if it passed they would probably have to leave the state.

Well it passed yesterday.

From their FB front page today.

Magpul Industries Corp.

Looks like the best efforts of a lot of people and organizations went unheard. HB1224 was passed out of committee by 7-4 vote. Thanks for your support today. We are not finished. We will post our next moves and where to focus efforts tomorrow.

Uhm, why Texas? Wyoming or Kansas are much better places, simply because they are pushing state laws to ignore the federal restrictions that might come into place.

Magpul issues in CO

It's not voted in yet here. It passed a committee, but now needs to go through the house and I believe senate too.

Magpul said if it passes it will move and there will be 900 jobs lost in colorado. The way the law is written is crap too. They say you can feel your old mags....so how the heck do you enforce the law then???? There is no serials on mags and the law says nothin that you have to register mags. So I don't see how the law could ever be enforced. I bet it never passes.

And making all turns at 3 mph, and when it rains, floridians drive half the speed limit and put their four way flashers on.

I thought the whole "Save the Children" thing (everything is for the kids) with Anita Bryant in Florida and her anti-gay teacher campaign back in the 1970's

But then, I'm an old fart.
