Don't ever go here! I heard several rumors about the owner being an a**hole. Well, I wanted to visit the place seeing how it is only 5 minutes from my house. I was impressed by the layout of the place. A ton of merchandise and over a thousand guns on display. All was good and the help behind the counter was superb, friendly people willing to help you. All was well until I met the owner. I swear this guy has some kind of attitude problem. To say the least, I will never spend another penny there. The owner IS an a**hole. So, if anyone can tell me a good close (preferably Indoor) pistol range to Aurora is, point me in the right direction.

I assume your talking about the older guy there, yup he has a very wierd attitude. I've stopped going there. I go to mega now, or the gun shop.

HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!

Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.

Latley I've used the Gun Shop in Plainfield also. Really nice guys. I bought my dad a .38 Taurus hammerless for his b-day, and they were awesome about the whole deal. Even ordered him one so he didn't have to take the one outta the case!

I've always liked Rink's also, kinda outta the way though.....

here is a dumb question since i probably know the answer. i do not have a FOID card. I do not own a gun. I have shot both hand guns and rifles and shot guns.

If i went to an indoor shooting place. Would i be able to shoot there? Like rent a gun for an hour for target shooting or if i went with a friend?

why dont you just go and get it taken care of??? SOOOO many people want to shoot but wait too long and then its 3 days away from shooting and then start asking questions about whether they can or cant. Just go do it man and them come out with us
