i heard that bill got 1/2 passed now it goes to the senate.

we might all be close to being felons if we have just about any gun and dont turn it in.
what a bullshit state if this does happen.

if it does...my ass will be moving out of state.

They will not take my guns without taking me. Even if the bill passes they can't do much about it. It's your constitutional right to bare arms and to change that they need an ammendment. A bill will not suffice.

But you MAY have to take it to the Supreme court. It's about time people stop waving their flag long enough to realize what some of these politicians are trying to do.

Unbelieveable, we're almost constantly at orange alert for terrorism and they want to take away your guns. It's about time to wake up folks!

You can start waving your flag again now.

waving hard and couldn't agree more Dave. I won't have to take it to Supreme court though. I'll shoot anybody that enters my home on unconstitution grounds. If they shoot me...my case will become a statute for the rest of you guys and they won't take your guns.

go find that thread that Jim posted about gun owners...you dumbass;s (sorry i am just pissed) and yes i am calling and writing letters...and if there is a grouping of people against this..best believe ill be there.

basicly..if you own a fire arm..you must give in to handing it over..if not your a felon.

maybe we might be able to own 22.cal but all semi auto, and gauge gun above 50 (means all shotguns) must be given up..and then from what i heard they way they got it worded...if FFL goes down the tubes ( gun shop owners...) that also applies to F.O.I.D cards which also means..they too in the state of ILL. in now voided.

so basicly ANY firearm.

and they can bust your door in to get them..and every day till they do get them.

not to mention at that point being brought up for felony charges.
