i dont consider going down 1" a compact even nor do they list it as such, still a full frame, just 1" short i didnt notice that but might be worth a look to see if you like it.

if you really want compact get that S.A. micro.

Hey Ken...which polys were we handling at Mega. You know in the case left of the SA 1911s and some of them had lights. Werent those SA XDs?

How did the H&K feel compared to the SA?

I need to get back to Mega.

John... I did tell you that you can shoot my H&K45 Variant 1 pretty much anytime. Much better than pawing it a counter.

I'm planning on hitting GAT Saturday or Sunday AM. I could even be talked into Mega for Sunday.

Weird, I didn't get a notice of this thread being updated.

Varient 1, meaning it is the standard full sized H&K 45 with a righthanded safety. To the best of my knowledge neither the compact nor the tactical is available at this time. I don't even think V2 which is the left handed version is out yet. BTW, the lack of an ambedextrious safety is my biggest gripe about the HK.
