Flattop Upper

Does anyone know if Megasports or Gatt carry just the Upper Receiver for an AR15. I am thinking I want to swap out my carry handle version.

TIA

I have to have it changed out by a gunsmith anyways and you get a better deal if you buy the part from the store I noticed.

You need to have it changed by a gunsmith? This is a simple task.

Call or email Rock River Arms (located here in IL). They can take care of you.

most all uppers are universal, just push out the take down pins and slap on the upper, and your done (i could be wrong) but i could swear i am right.

Sorry did not make myself clear I want my barrel attached to the new upper.

That requires a gunsmith because I am not removing or attaching a barrel.

Depending on the year and model of the AR there are differences in the takedown pin sizes. I build AR's as well, if you have any questions shoot me a PM.

Call me today after 2:00 pm
I don't get to hit CLSB as often as I would like and have missed lots of phone calls, sorry bout that guys.
Ken I'll give you a buzz later on today. Kirk, if I don't hear from you by 4:00 I'll call at 5:00.
It's funny this thread came up as in the last 3 weeks I've done 12 diffrent AR varients for a variety of people. If I get home early enough tonight I have a .50 beuwolf I need to get wrapped up. Did a few 11.5" entry uppers for some LEO's in IN. amongst some other work.
Almost 98% positive I have an extra flat top at home as well.

Arrogance has to be earned.
