Lucky that this event was under supervision. God knows what would of happened if it wasn't.

You let an 8 year old shoot a 22 rifle under strict supervision. not a Friggin full auto UZI!! WTF?

HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!

Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.

I shot my first rifle at 5, a bolt action .22, and was 9 before I shot a semi auto rifle. My family taught us about gun safety and my brother and I took a hunters safety course. I was not handed a full auto rifle until I was 17, and I shot that weapon for years as a semi auto using the select fire switch. These people should not be trusted with a butter knife, let alone a weapon of this ability.

if it was a chainsaw accident, would they outlaw them? It is as stupid and dangerous to give a 8-year old a working chainsaw as a loaded gun, I think

saw that this morning...
Horrible.
I have seen kids fire full autos.. but of all the full autos.. the small uzi and the mac10/11's are the worst.. they climb..
I cant believe they were letting kids do this at the official show..

and to clarify
I am not saying kids should.. I am saying that of all the choices of machine gun out there.. those little sub guns are definitely the worst.

poor kid

I have no proof.. but everyone talks about it down there...
Supposedly there was an accident with a minigun... One of the legs on it's tripod mount broke.. The guy shooting it supposedly had his arm ripped off or shot off trying to stop it.. but supposedly it flipped and basically cut his daughter in half (anyone who has ever seen/shot a mini gun knows what I am talking about)

All that said.. I imagine knob creek would be no more if that really happened... and a lot more than 1 or 2 would be dead if it did...

but I had at least a half dozen people tell me that story... I have no proof either way... I imagine there is a grain of truth in there somewhere... How big that grain is I don't know
