$50 and a bag of cheetos.

Seriously, I think there's a Blue Book type publication for firearms, but don't recall what it's called off the top of my head.

I use a number of different methods.

First, there is a "blue book" out there, that can give you a good baseline for a firearm.

https://store.bluebookinc.com/home/default.aspx

Next, I'll reference the various online auction sides like GunBroker.com and GunsAmerica.com, to see what going rate is going for that specific firearm.

Finally, hitting a major firearms forum such as The High Road, AR-15.com, etc., and asking there another good way to gauge market value.

Also have a WW2 Walther P38 9MM includes 2 Clips.

It's an AC42 with Nazi Stamping.

The Lanyard ring was removed, the rest is all in good condition.

Have not fired it for a while but it's a good shooter.

Tough to call value here..... somewhere between $500 - $1200.
Based on condition I am guess to the middle of that spectrum.

Much like this one...
