Hahahahah:

"This was a hard piece to write, because guns by definition are manly, except for Berettas, gold-plated TEC9s, .25 caliber pistols or anything made by the French. To simplify things, I have limited it to modern cartridge firearms a man might, can, and should collect and shoot. There are certainly other manly weapons, and you may have a different list. As long as the list contains nothing French, gold-plated, .25 or with pearl grips (which Patton correctly observed are the mark of a New Orleans pimp), it is a good list."

If I had to put together a top ten of manly, this would be it. I think a few guns of practcal nature made it to his. A few of his made it to mine. By no means is this my 10 greatest list. But it does make you think twice about what the next guy might be packing.

10) Street Sweeper:
With 12 rounds of 12 gauge, folding stock and short barrel what other 12 gauge would you need? This aint your daddy's bird gun!

9) Desert Eagle:
Practical? maybe if your 6' 8" tall and weigh 300 lbs. But with multi caliber capability and magnum power nothing spells lovin' like desert eagle .50

8) Thompson Sub Machine Gun:
It's called a Chicago Typewriter for a reason bitch! Nuff said

7) Steyr AUG:

Light years ahead of it's time one of the few guns that I know of that not only mixes technology and practicality but also has a mean profile. Modular and just as versitale as the M4. Get a clue if you don't know this rifle, and bring your visa..... cause the prices are high and the supply is low and teh local gun shop just wont take American Express!

6) SPAS 12

The 1st convertible shotgun out there. Good enough for the Terminator and those hunting dinosaurs, this shotgun allows you to shoot specialty rounds in pump mode and then switch off to semi for the finishing touch. While the name stands for Sporting Purpose Automatic Shotgun, don't be fooled... the only sport this is good for is hunting two legged creatures that shoot back.

5) M.A.C. 10

Bringing the term "spray and pray" to the next level the MAC 10 has no value in semi auto mode. Bring in the full auto selector though and you have the type of firepower needed to own an episode of Miamai Vice. These are the types of weapons that are purpose built, and that purpose is simple, deliver lots of lead and fast. Gold chains and Hawain shirt sold seperatly.

4) S&W 29:

Yes Virginia, there is a .500. But anyone can build a huge handgun. The 29 brings something to the table NO other reolver does. And that's SEXY. So all the real men step up and put your nuts on the table, cause for you.... 6 rounds is all it takes!

3) H&K G3:

When it comes to killing people not many do it better than the Germans! From Ovens to Rifles these folks know their shit. Chambered in .308 and available in several variations these rifles need no write up, they are what they are.

KILLING MACHINES

2) G.E. Mini Gun

and yes, for $450,000 you can even have your own!

1) Barrett 82A1

At $10,000 still one of the most affordable ANTI-anything weapons available to civilians. Plain and simple, unless your packing grenades or a tank your ass is pretty much fucked.

Arrogance has to be earned.

Tubbs had this figured out back in the 80s. Sawed off shogun ftw and #1.

"includes 10 used-car dealers or auto repair shops, 11 liquor stores and bars--two of which advertise lingerie fashion shows and a third billed as a "gentlemen's club"--three cut-rate motels and one trailer park. The squat, brick municipal building is next to a currency exchange and a few steps from an adult video store. The bars open at 10 a.m. and close at 6:30 a.m."
