I started my ordering today.

But i'm doing this all bass ackward

I ordered 2 extra mags today. They were in stock and i here they are hard to come by. So i heard when you find them, buy them.

Then i ordered a Viridan Green Laser / tactical light combo.
http://www.viridiangreenlaser.com/

I think i'm pulling the trigger on the H&K P30 tomorrow. Just want to sleep on it since i'm deciding between that and the P30L.

Both solid guns. Would snag one if I could afford it. Hit up the forums @ hkpro.com if you haven't already

I've been all over the H&K Pro Forums. thos guys are a ton of help.

I also bought the UpLula mag loader. I hate loading mags so i'm hoping this makes it a little nice.

Cool pistol, congrats on either one you pick up.

As far as the laser... when is your next deployment with Sam Fisher and Jack Bauer?

Mall Ninja/Tacticool stuff is lame unless it has some reasonable function. Pick up a light, that will act as your aim point.

That's like asking a gay guy you wanna pitch or catch? either way your still a fag.

The real deal is I/R lasers wich can not be had by civilians.

Green lasers carry out further than red, that's why they were created. But as stated either one will track right back to you.

Nope, nothing "funn" going on here. I have my real address. You can get a foid card with a Chicago address. You can buy a hand gun if you live in Chicago. You just have to keep it outside of the city limits.

Now, I'm kinda new to this, but I would think that you'd want to skip the laser and hone your skills, learn how to shoot well now instead of learning to depend on your laser

Well that's what the off button is for

I don't plan on using the laser too often, but though it would be good for a few things.

1. Fun factor. Yeah kind of Hollywood.

2. Training tool. I've been reading that some people find it handy to use a laser when target shooting to help really help point out how jittery their hand is and help with muscle memory as you work to fix the problem.

3. Protection. Could come in handy some day.

I have never used a laser and might determine it sucks balls. That's why i have a nice 30 day return policy

#2 is actually not a bad reason, the only reason in my book. And you'll need the practice with the HK's shitty trigger.

You really hate on that trigger, I love the trigger on the USP tac 45. And this was the stock trigger vs the stock trigger on the bretta, glock, 1911, and usp compact. Out of all of those the only trigger I felt needed work was the glock.

The USP 45 tac has the HK match trigger group, which is actually OK. Different guts, springs and overtravel stop make a big difference. Installed one one my USP9 because the stocker was crap.
The P30 or standard USPs OEM trigger is the real POS. And there's no match trigger group kit for the P30.

The OEM Glock trigger ain't great, but fixing it is cheap and easy. It can be made pretty darn good if you know what you're doing.

The USP 9mm compact was in that list I mentioned and that trigger which I believe is the non match flavor felt just fine.
