New Glock(ish) 22LR pistol

http://www.gunblast.com/ISSC-M22.htm

Looks interesting if you are into the Glock. Why they did not do this themselves is beyond me. They would sell every unit they could produce, and at a very healthy profit margin. Surprised that this "copy" is actually made in Austria and not by a 12 year old living in a hut. Nice to see.

MSRP 399-439 or so.

Meh, I suppose for platform familiarity it would be helpful but since it's not a genuine Glock product, I'm not all that interested.

At that MSRP one can almost pick up a real glock in a legitimate caliber for dispatching the undead. .22LR may be functional against a soft target like a zombie but it is far from ideal. Bullet penetration is not the key to taking down a Zed, hydrostatic shock is. Since they don't bleed, a single tiny hole in the brain isn't going to do much to stop them, synapses keep firing and they keep eating living tissue, you need to turn the brain to jelly, either take the head clean off or hydrostatic shock are going to be your two options.
