You may be going too long between meals. Try an apple or something like that when you feel that nap coming on.

I've been trying do a bit of time on the treadmill, usually about 1.5 - 2miles and some weights each time im there. for weights i will do either chest/back, bi/tris or legs/shoulders.

I know it's not the greatest but it's certainly better than the nothing I was doing before.

sometimes i just get too busy and can't make it but once or twice a week.

sorry - been muchas busy lately and not lurking on here as much.

yep...same list that i would come up with. stop jerking off or cut back at least. you could try some cocaine - yep...but then thats just treating the symptom without knowing what the real problem is.

fatigue is difficult - it is a symptom of so many different things. you can pm me with any private info that you might want to share but typically its easiest to see one of us to do an exam and at least some basic lab work. thyroid disease can cause fatigue and weight change, anemia and some vitamin deficiencies can cause fatigue. many have undiagnosed sleep disorders where you get alot of sleep but of poor efficiency and hence not much rest but then you say you wake up good then tire so this is more of a stamina issue. depression definitely can cause fatigue. if you dont have a doc/insurance i would be happy to see you as a clsb discount. i might even have some viagra samples lying around.

Sounds like you aren't getting enough calories.

Add some protein to your breakfast.

Eat 3 or 4 more times during the day, each about 400-500 calories (about what you are getting from the sandwich and chips now if you drink water or diet soda).

Get at least 7 hours of sleep a night.

See if that helps.

Craig

Tiresome being that Ugly? (j/k fuck-o)

I was the same way until I started exercising again - Now I am not always tired - Don't get me wrong, I can sleep anytime anywhere but am not as compelled to do so anymore

are you having this problem every day or just on the days when you work out?

do you notice any changes with prolonged fasting (you go a long time between breakfast and lunch as has been pointed out)? do you feel better after you eat?
