lemon detox diet

buddy of mine is doing this 7 day lemon water detox thing where thats the only thing you take for the full 7 days. is this really any different than starving yourself? lol. i cant see it being good that your depriving your body of essential nutrients for an entire week.
from a nutritional standpoint, what are the dangers of doing this? if any? seems like a lazy way to lose weight.

Real lemons or fake shit? With enough real lemons you can sustain with the fructose from the fruit, but it's still not 'good' for you. With fake crap... roll the dice and hope you don't fuck yourself up too badly.

Everyone Exaggerates

We're being taken for a ride... agaaaaaaain.....

Gayness.

Just tell them to get some green tea, blue berries, and a shit load of coffee if they want something to clean em out.

Otherwise, tell your buddy to stop being a FAMF, get off his lazy ass, and go work out.
