Real answer, takes time disciplin and Multiple diffrent core excercises allong with Dieting to achieve and maintaint a six pack

Everyone needs a healthy way to relax, mine Church, and two wheels, a stretch of winding road, and a pipe loud enough to give me headaches and make squirrels explode. (Fixed curtousey of PWRMAD)

Nothing is impossible the second we say ill try your already admiting you can be defeated, and the second you say i cant or its to hard youve already failed.

Abs are made in the kitchen. Start eating organic foods, cut out anything processed, do some crunches and give it some time.

Much like every thread on CLSB, the original poster and post has little meaning to what the thread eventually develops into. I am surprised nobody has asked for pics of his girl yet.

Apparently she / he hasn't figured to use a male account for serious answers.

Well, for the least amount of stress to lower body, the best exercise is to use the some device with ab straps. Iron gym comes with free ab straps. Do crunches while hanging from them. Try to do them forward, to the left and to the right to concentrate each area of the abs. If this becomes too easy, you can add ankle weights or increase reps if you have the time.

If you can't do any hanging crunches try doing them laying flat on your back. This will put stress on your tailbone though. You can put butt on mat or my hands to minimize this.

Keep in mind this will build your ab muscles but it won't make them visible if you don't modify your diet. If your skinny you will build ab muscles and they will be visible. If you have a 'tire' around you you will have great ab muscles but you won't be able to see them through your tire. :P

By the way this works for either sex.

Oh in case your a real girl, "slinky dirty slutty stuff". If you had a ducati street fighter I want pics, you can be in the pics in a slinky outfit but the bike has to be naked. I got the ones with Marta.

By the way if you are going to ride on a regular basis, I suggest you also strengthen your lower back muscles. They are exercises / stretches that will help with that. These muscles support your lower spine. This applies to both sexes.

Time to workout myself.
Good luck to you and remember, what ever you do, try to do it on a regular basis and you will succeed.

When it comes to abs, unless we are genetically gifted, most of us have lymph nodes that fat builds around. This happens because toxins prevent your liver from metabolizing food. These fat cells get deposited near the lymph nodes and get surrounded by toxic water. These are commonly known as "problem areas". 9 times out of 10 people can lose weight up to this point but never make a break through to these problem areas. The only way to attack them is to balance the acidity in your body and let the liver metabolize food like it's supposed to. In the process, you will detoxify your body. The toxins are blocking the fat around problem areas from being burned as fuel. When you are detoxed your body will be able to use the fat in problem areas to burn for energy. Eating processed foods adds to the toxicity levels.

It's probably more scientific than that, but I think that's the jist of it.

According to my point of view, I think that today many people like to have 6 pack abs, and for that they used to do any exercise, I think that ab exercises such as crunches, sit-ups, and ab machines are actually the effective method of getting flat six pack abs.
