I just ran for an hour

Not very fast, only covered 5.25 miles, but considering 9 weeks ago I literally couldn't run 1/4 mile I'm happy with my results. 10 weeks ago i weighed 290 lbs, today I'm 235.

Awsome dude, big achievement keep up the great work.

Everyone needs a healthy way to relax, mine Church, and two wheels, a stretch of winding road, and a pipe loud enough to give me headaches and make squirrels explode. (Fixed curtousey of PWRMAD)

Nothing is impossible the second we say ill try your already admiting you can be defeated, and the second you say i cant or its to hard youve already failed.

Nice work. Betcha feel better.

I'd suggest you vary your workout routine, too. Doing the same thing over and over can get dull and will sap your motivation

naaah....It was my fault. Running that much made me really hungry. With Anne's mom's situation last week I was away from home and easily tempted by just about everything I shouldn't have been eating! LOL

Don't forget the M&Ms and HUGE bucket of popcorn with enough butter and salt to kill a small child during the movie I saw after that. My face looked like I just went down on Fish's mom.
