Really???

Why not take as many as you can, till you get sick.
Then take one less after that.

You can look up the RDA for each one but you'll then have to decide if you can trust the liberal conspiracy information coming from the current administration.

yes, do this. But start your testing with prescription grade sleeping pills.

Taking more than the label dosage can be dangerous. Stick to what the label recommends. 1 multi (that fits my age group), 1 fish oil and 1 500 mg vitamin C are what I take and I never exceed label dosage. Anything more should be supervised by a doctor that specializes in that area. Advice from a qualified doctor is what you need, not from a motorcycle discussion board on the internet.

"Dirt is for racing on...Asphalt is for getting there" OR "Flat trackers go in deeper and come out harder... OR (With apologies to General MaCarthur) "Old motorcycle racers never die, they just slip off the groove and fade into the dust!

If you want to anger a conservative, tell him a lie. To anger a liberal all one must do is tell the truth!

Start with half a bottle/day and go from there, when you start pooping them out whole that is a good indicator that your body has all it needs. or just take one a day like the bottle says.
