When do you workout?

I haven't gone to the gym since college and I'm wanting to get back into it. I just can't find the time. When do you normally fit in your normal workout?

Working at the bux i get all sorts of hours, if i work mornings ill go mid-latw afternoon, if i work nights i go early-mid morning, if im working midday its up for grabs....unless i feel froggy then ill go morning and night.

If you cant find time you need to make it a priority to be able to stick to it, Family / famliy obligations first, work, Gym.

Everyone needs a healthy way to relax, mine Church, and two wheels, a stretch of winding road, and a pipe loud enough to give me headaches and make squirrels explode. (Fixed curtousey of PWRMAD)

Nothing is impossible the second we say ill try your already admiting you can be defeated, and the second you say i cant or its to hard youve already failed.

There have been times that I go before work, but because I have a somewhat physical job I prefer not to fatigue my scrawny little muscles before I have to heft some fattie's limbs and move them around.

Either right after work or later on in the evening, depends on where I am. And almost never on the weekend.

The hardest part is getting off that couch. Once you start a routine you'll wonder why you didn't do it earlier.

When I'm working my normal shift I'm in the gym about 1pm. Now that I'm running over at work I'm there at like 330-4pm. Total days at the gym is 4-6 times a week. Total tv time for the week is about 1 1/2 hours.

I vow not to give up my winter time six pack for summer time 12 packs.

This ^^^^

I get home and immediately change to work out. After a couple weeks its habit. The only problem is, when I work late, I break the cycle and after a few days, I'm off the work out routine.

For me, I tend to do my Gym oriented activities in the morning.
Mostly cuz there are less people, and I hate people... Smelly people are even worst.
My outdoor or bike training is done after work.
During peak training, I have 4 hour training days, plus work. So there is no choice but to split it up.

For many people, after work is easier on the body.
As ones muscles are loosened up from the days work.

I haven't been on my workout program since April of this year...but prior to that, I always worked out in the evening (usually 8:00 - 9:30 or so). I'm not a morning person too much, and don't have time during the day, thus, after the day winds down, I would get my workout in, and go to sleep.

I love and miss my old program - Cardio from 5:30 to 7:00 a.m. then more cardio and hit the weights and machines from 6:30 to 8.

Work and other crap got in the way for far too long... but now I have more than enough time and it is an essential focal point in my life.

In the morning seems to be the most productive for me. Supposedly the body burns stored fat in the morning and it's more productive for burning it off first thing in the morning. It also gives me a little boost for the day and I feel better. 3 times a week I run in the morning, rain sleet or snow. I've been going for about 3 or 4 months now.
