Your weird workout reactions

So i try a free sample of a supplement i was curious about taking (no not steroids) and head to the gym. Im working out the yesturday doing a mixture of back, cardio, and some bagwork kinda flying through the workout. (energy from the supplement was nuts).

During the bagwork the shoulder started hurting a slight bit Meh keep pushing through. 5 minutes later slight pain again (more annoying then hurting) rest for a second and keep pushing....then take a third break to recover and suddenly i start uncontrolably laughing for about 30 seconds while still a bit winded (probably made me look a wee bit insane), Not the first time it happend to me though both on and off supplements.

So this got me thinking today, you workout nuts here, what kind of weird reactions have you had ruing your workouts at the gym?

Everyone needs a healthy way to relax, mine Church, and two wheels, a stretch of winding road, and a pipe loud enough to give me headaches and make squirrels explode. (Fixed curtousey of PWRMAD)

Nothing is impossible the second we say ill try your already admiting you can be defeated, and the second you say i cant or its to hard youve already failed.

I was using fat burners (pills) and then hitting the gym daily in college. One morning i had to jump off the tread mill and run to the bathroom to puke. It was like black sand. I stopped taking them.

I took a product called: Black Powder ... its a Nitric Oxide & Caffeine product. It worked great, cept w/ everything in it I ended up having a Niacin Flush ... which was a nasty feeling but that shit made me feel like I could do anything. I wasn't getting tired at all doing anything. Just needed to go home after that, didn't want to fuck myself up.

I use Jack3d when I'm feeling lazy just to get me going. It makes the back of my head itch a little for a short period of time but that's about it. Sure does help me with focus and intensity though so I put up with the itch.

So what is this mysterious supplement?

Your weird workout reactions

Every once in a while I experience a "runners high" on a night run. Problem is it's REALLY hard to come down from! I've tried going to bed but my legs start jumping up and down and I get adrenaline rushes all night. I cant sleep for nothing. Its great when it happens early on a long run though. You feel like you can run forever!

Think of the name and its product use and you dont worry to much. Hemo(blood) Rage...well strength and energy, also psychological effect.

Products main incrediatnts...NO2 (Nitric Oxide), Caffine, and creatine.

LOL, lots of memories. Worst/best memory- Blast cycle or something like that. It is/was? a rival to NOexplode. You would have to wait 15 minutes after you took it to go blast straight fluid out of your ass, then you could go workout. Put up 225 18 times on that shit.
Then there was the "big boy growth kit". On Persian Gulf cruise around 2003. This was the now illegal steroid precursors. Blacked out and threw a 30 pound dumbell at this retard who I didn't like. Almost went to mast for that one. There is so many more, I just can't remember.
