I have been doing Cross fit at Bulldog Cross fit in forest park for about 10 months now.
I have probably only dropped about 10 pounds since starting, however if you look at my performance increases are the proof of its effectiveness.

I have gone from wheezing through a 10 min mile to running 1.5 miles in just over 13 minutes.

I have gone from never getting my chin over a pull up bar to being able to kip my chin over the bar repeatedly.

It is one of the most supportive groups that pushes everybody to there physical and mental limits to grow stronger. Through my 10 months I have made life long friends. I have learned what physical fitness really is. I have a new definition of what is an attractive woman.

Cross fit has literally changed my life. Granted, I still don't have six pack abs. I don't have biceps that are as large as my chest. But, I can dead lift 375 pounds, clean and jerk 165, and squat my body weight.

turn the bars left and go right; that just isn't right

Just like anything else it is good depending on your goals.

You might not drop a ton of weight because the muscle build will also add weight.

It can make you puke your brains out, or you can drink a beer while doing it. Like most things you are only going to get out of it what you put into it.

I'm not short. I'm aerodynamically efficient.
