Fit 2 Fat 2 Fit

So this guy was on Jay Leno last night, I never thought that it would be motivating to see someone who is in great shape get fat. Many of the fatties at my work look at me and are like "oh it's easy for you because you are skinny" well here is proof that anyone who doesn't put in the hard work and stuffs their face will be on a one way train to pudgetown. Anyway I thought it was a cool story and wanted to share.

http://www.fit2fat2fit.com/

Also one of the supplement companies that pays him to endorse is a "green supplement". I have now see several trainers using this, when James Stewart was being trained by Aldon Baker he was making him drink the same thing because james didn't eat enough veggies. I was thinking about my own terrible diet and was thinking of trying something like this as i'm not good with eating veggies. Anyone tried this or something like it?

All I see so far is fit to fat. That would suck if he could never look like that again.

People are different. If I quit working out and eating whatever I wanted I would easily put the 50lbs I lost back on in a matter a months.

so yes there are exceptions to the rule, ken and uncle steve are two. He will start on his way to fit again in one week, the idea was to go on Leno to have the word spread so people can follow him through transforming back to fit.

I am one of those who needs to keep working at it- as are 95% of the people out there.

If you are already fit then follow this chick: http://www.bodyrock.tv/

I did one of her workouts and it was really good, too bad it wasn't with her.

Yes the key is to slowly train your body on garbage and slothy-ness. I've perfected it.

People think I'm naturally thin, but I'm not. I have always worked out doing something, but if I stop, I will keep gaining weight for sure. If I chill for a week on working out, I will easily gain 5 pounds. This guy has one advantage though. Once you've had fitness, it comes back very quickly.

Steve does love the junk food. I actually witnessed him steal a huge bag of McDonald's from a bunch of high school girls last weekend.

This guy was on Leno last night saying how he can now relate to his clients that come to him as a physical trainer. Jay asked to give an example and he said something about having to come up for air when he is clipping his toenails!

"When in doubt, use full throttle. It may not improve your situation, but it will end the suspense."

Was he trying to lure them to his truck?

My metabolism said "fuck you I'm outta here" when I was around 20. Went from 144 lbs to 230 in 6 months... Few years later I started wearing a heart rate monitor with a calorie burning watch, and made sure I burned off at least 200 calories more than I took in each day. Lost 45 lbs in 2 months, than went to basic training where I lost another 15. Ever since than I've been fluctuating between 170 and 185. Earlier this year went thru SERE, where I went down to 170, but since I've gained 15 pounds (in like 3 months). It's a bitch I tell you
