I'll have consistent numbers year round. Indoor tracks rule all.

Doing lap after lap inside drives me insane. I have to have a destination which preferably includes seeing MILFs jogging along the same route. The most I can stand is about 3 miles indoors and even then I feel like I'm in some sort of bad dream.

don't make a difference where I do it. It fucking sucks and feel like the biggest fucking tool but there are a couple young bitches that be running on the track shaking theys ass for me so it's almost tolerable.

Me too. My long runs will be done outside regardless of the weather. So will my sprints, but the pace runs and general easy runs can be done on the track or treadmill. 6 miles would be my absolute limit on the 'mill though.

ugh I hate the treadmill even more than an indoor track. Running in place? Really? I'm gonna try my best to run outside in the cold. I even bought cold weather cycling gloves that I use for running as well. So far 36 deg morning haven't been bad after I'm warmed up. I'm scared of the snow, ice and neg 0 wind chills that will soon be here. I think at that point I'll just run more often but less miles on the indoor track.

20 degrees is about my limit. I feel like I got a facelift after running in colder weather.

Have you tried using those neoprene ski masks? I think I have one somewhere that I'll have to try.

4 today. I slacked off last month. Maybe this month will be better. I'm thinking of trying a marathon in the spring but I'm not sure how to put in the required miles over the winter. There's NFW I can run more than 30 minutes on the treadmill. I'll go insane.

It's not gonna be below zero every day over the winter. You just have to commit to running outside every other day or so to break it up.

4.65 for me and the kid tonight. She did quarter mile sprints at 6 minute pace, and I continued on to make it a half mile each one. She is coming along nicely.
