..as in going to the Health Club, hitting different body parts to focus on for exercise (for my back) and Cardio 4-5 times a week, eating healthier (gave up Soda Pop, fuck me I miss my Sprite) and cutting out sweets...............................I am crappin like some kinda farm mule and it is AWESOME!!!!
