My Insanity Results

I finished my first round of insanity this afternoon. Im glad to be done but I'm looking forward to starting a second round to get more of the same results. I set a loose goal to lose 20lbs but my main goal was to regain lost strength and gain endurance. Well here are the results:

Weight: 254.5 to 231.5 lbs
Waist: 41.5 to 37.5 in
Belly: 46.5 to 39.5 in
Chest: 46 to 42.5 in
Hips: 45 to 42 in
Neck: 17 to 16 in

Fit Test Results (day 1 to day 63):

Switch Kicks: 41 to 77
Power Jacks: 25 to 59
Power Knees: 50 to 121
Power Jumps: 10 to 50
Globe Jumps: 7 to 10
Suicide Jumps: 5 to 16
Push-Up Jacks: 16 to 33
Low Plank Oblique: 35 to 70

My lifestyle has really changed especially when it comes to eating. We went to Texas roadhouse to celebrate and before I would get a steak with fries and coke. Instead I had a steak with a salad, water, and rice. I don't have cravings for junk food. The food I missed most was chipotle.

Congrats man,
I know you had to change a lot to get those results.

Dude, don't deprive yourself of Chipotle! Lol. I go there all the time. I eat a chicken bowl with brown rice or chicken salad. Just skip the sour cream. They actually use organic meat and ingredient there. It can be quite healthy. What I described above is only about a bit over 500 cals too. Hardly anything you couldn't eat on a diet.

Nice job on the workouts

Oh I plan on going back to chipotle once a week in the second round.
