March 2013 Running Challenge
I will play along. While I have no runs scheduled and I simply run whenever I have no other exercise planned for a day I would guess that I would put up maybe 25 for the month. But since this thread is about motivation and now setting goals, I will ante in for 35 this month. Lets see if this thread can once again help me do more than I would on my own.

+6 to 10 total. Did 1/4 mile sprint intervals at 10 mph, with a 1/4 mile rest in between. I don't like the interval stuff right now. Hopefully it will get better, but tonight didn't feel good.
