Lake in the Hill Tri 2013
From the scoring sheet I saw it looks like a finished in 1:47 which was under my goal of 2 hours.
I know the things I need to work on for the next Tri and it is not the biking part
Interested in seeing the official results and see where and how the book part went for myself. Alomost would like times for the swim and run too.

Thanks, I'll type up a full report tonight. Just note it will not be as colorful as Krebs post race reports.

Nice job errbody. Now you know it's not just each discipline separately, but a whole series of different exercises which affect each other. It is a balancing act for sure, but you have to emphasize your strengths if you aren't strong in the other one or two disciplines. You can't go too hard though either.
Can't believe I pulled off that finish after HHH the day before. My legs were jello, and hurt like a mofo on the run. I wanted to walk, but I was looking at it as a mental test as well as physical one. It hurt, but I knew I could do it, so I did. Run still sucked, but could have been worse. My swim was actually great, not the time, but how it felt. I enjoyed it, probably because I was sick of riding a bicycle after yesterday's ride. Got 33rd overall, 8th in the bike at 23 mph, and my run pace was under 8 minutes per mile. 4th in my age group too. I can't complain with that.
Wish I could have stayed longer, but I was starting to see things and getting lightheaded. I thought I was gonna fall asleep while driving home. Great seeing Rick finally, and too bad I didn't see anybody else except Jon. I know if it was flat Rick could have pulled off 48 mph for this deal, but the hills held him back a bit.
