But if Rich does get a GPS watch at least we will see his real posted mileage in at least one sport running as he's looking at a run watch and not a 910xt.

So even tho it is meant for running, if it has a signal, it will give you speed and distance covered, which is a basic feature of just about every GPS. FYI comes with a mount for the bike
I may not be fast....but I get it done, always

Yes GPS is GPS and you should see your true 48 mph. Speed is relevant with heart rate.

I like LITH, and if these two ringers stop showing up, I'll eventually get a medal and podium spot.
I've already had over 48 on my Garmin pal!

Hell, hitting 50 is fun enough as all I need is a spoke or spokes to pop and I'm cruising down the street in no underwear buy the time I stop sliding...

So is it official, everyone is doing the LITH race this year. I have a strong feeling that I am going to be really pissed when Kens daughter puts up a better time than me.

Ceramic bearings could get you to 55 for sure.
Beef, if she trains this year, she will.
She will be doing her first Xterra off road tri this year also. Hopefully she keeps at it. That will be cool to see everybody out there.

Not even a December running challenge now? Lotsa fat people being created right now for next year. It's OK though, obesity is a disease. It's not your fault.
