I did nothing. Yet. Might hit the gym to get a run in though. I'm getting all raced out with CX every damn week now. Looking forward to training instead of racing now. That's a respectable time finally! Nice job.

I tried out my cold weather gear this morning and took a bike ride along the lakefront.
Gear worked pretty well.
Some black ice near the turn where the tri swimmers are in the summer made things interesting for a little bit

Ya I was at Lombardo's last night for trainer class, I though he was going to kill me. Had to get home and hydrate all night just to make it a half good 5K.
That and the power tap didn't work the whole time, figures...

Girlfriend signed me up for "Bolt for the Heart" in Carmel, IN. My first 5k (actually, 3.33 miles) since Laps for Chaps last year...and probably my longest run since then. Had a 9min average, but my HR was well into the 190s for the last 1.5 miles
Nice job everyone!

It is far better to be thought of as a smartass than an dumbass. And as American Humorist Robert Benchley (1889-1945) noted, "no matter how well-intended, any reply to a dumbass question will inevitably appear smartassed". - Bob Hall (creator of the Miata)

I did a small local 5k turkey trot charity run. cold and windy as hell.
I thought I had won my age group, but guess I ended up 2nd. 25:40 something.

My wife did the Schaumburg 5K Turkey Trot Saturday morning. I had the kids there to cheer her on. Then I was all motivated from watching that I went ahead and decided to run close to a 5K (3.07mi) around the neighborhood when we got home.
Managed to run a 9.40 min/mile pace which I was happy with since I haven't run longer than 2 miles since doing the Shamrock Shuffle back in 2003.
