Did it, droped 20 pounds. Works, really tough on your body if you do not eat right(Fiber and water intake). Also you have to keep up with the supplements.
It also gets old, I love rice, potatoes, bread and pasta. You cannot have those. It has gotten easier since more restaurants now have carb stuff, but still. During the induction phase, you have to suffer IMHO.
There are better ways to lose weight, tons of good advise if you read around this forum.
