How do I gain 15 lbs?

Any ideas?

It's easy for me to lose weight, but not gain. No matter how much I eat.

Higher protein diet... Include a protien shake several times per day. There are also some good weight gaining suppliments on the market you can try. It's not how much you eat, but what you eat.

Ick...forget supplements.

Eat a lot. Protein, but not too much. If you're serious and lifting weights at the same time I've got a message board you should defintely check out. More information than you'll be be able to absorb over there.

I work out like 2-3 times a week for 45mins to 1 hour, I know it's not much, but I really push myself.

I do protein shakes and stuff like that ..

I hate you skinny fockers Eat crap food all the time, drink lots of beer and liquor (lots of sugar in liquor), don't excercise at all. It worked for me. But then again if you don't want to die go ahead and follow Pirate's plan.

Watch it. I'm 48 and I'm finally growing out of my 32" pants that I've been in for 20 years. I've got to inhale to get them on and am now buying 34s. It's all down hill from here.

Skip breakfast....eat a bag of chips for lunch and then eat as much junk you can for dinner. Also drink about 10 cans of coke a day....it's easy.

This will actually kick start your metabolism and you won't see much of a gain.

Are you looking to gain muscle weight? Just fatty bulk?? You just want to look bigger or you want to be stronger?? I'm confused on what your goals are. And as for that message board, PM me the addy. Thanks!

Yep. Eat fewer larger meals. Be sure to eat a meal before you go to bed. Also, you have to decrease your reps and increase your weight that you putting up. 3-5 reps with lots of weight - it's actually more complicated than this, but it will give you a start.

DOUGHNUTS, Lots of soda, and healthy portions fo steak for dinner... and lots of potatoes...preferably fried for lunch.

Ohhh..you mean you actually want muscle. If you have a skinny frame...even steroids can't completely reverse genetics. You'll always be skinny no matter what you do.
