Ripped

Anyone out there have a killer workout program that will get me diced up for this summer? I am getting real bored with the one I am on now.

No I am not open to the following programs:
-Atkins
-Jenny Craig
-South Beach Diet
-Thigh Master
-Deal a meal (aka Richard Simmons)
-Body By Jake
-Total Body Gym (aka anything Chuck Norris endorses)
-Anything that says "_____in 8 minutes/day"
-Mainly anything you see that has been an infomerical of some sort

Trying eating less, try taking your biggest meal before noon, eat nothing after 6PM, give up boozing and fast food, run 2 miles a day, get yourself a heavy bag and hit that 35 minutes a day, get some weights do deltoid, tricep, biceps lifts to exhaustion, then work on your abs, until it hurts.......oh drink 6 glasses of water a day, and if you smoke.......DON'T!!!! If you want to really get in shape give up on your sit in a cube desk job, and find a more active line of work.......also give up on video/computer games, TV and get at least 8 hours of sleep a night.

Sometimes goodbye is your second chance.

The 8 hours of sleep is key for building mass. I know I don't look like it now (I haven't lifted hard in a few years) but I was way into lifting for a while. LAtely I've gone for the athletic, healthy approach, not concentrating on gaining.

Contract a disease, you won't believe how quickly the pounds come off. Getting in shape is a state of mind. Focus on the inside and it will take care of the outside.

"includes 10 used-car dealers or auto repair shops, 11 liquor stores and bars--two of which advertise lingerie fashion shows and a third billed as a "gentlemen's club"--three cut-rate motels and one trailer park. The squat, brick municipal building is next to a currency exchange and a few steps from an adult video store. The bars open at 10 a.m. and close at 6:30 a.m."

What I did was watch my calorie intake and workout 4-5 times a week. Cardio and lifting for a good hour at least. I started doing this 5 months ago when I was 250 and I am now 204.
Take you body weight and mutiply by 10, that is what your body needs in calories to stay at that weight. If you are 250 your body needs 2500 calories. So eat 1700-2000 calories a day. That and working will make the weight just fall off. It is healty way of doing it also. Now everyone is different, but that has worked for me.
