Looking for Personal Trainer

Ok, I am looking for a Personal Trainer that can work with my wife and myself in our home gym. I have not had much luck finding any kind of organization or referral service in the area. However, I know the kind of trainer that I am looking for.

We are both athletic, have been in sports and lifting our whole lives. We do not need lifting instruction, etc... rather we need a "Coach" who knows how to shape for competition. How to get body fat drops, how to work trouble areas, etc... We were looking for someone similar to the ladies who train my Dad. unfortunately, they are in Kansas City, or they would be ideal for us. PLUS, they are pleasing on the eye... http://www.twinfitness.com

Picture-2.jpgPicture-3.jpgPicture-5.jpgPicture-7.jpg

Does anyone know of anyone in the area that we might be able to interview or get referrals from? (We are at 59 & 90 in between Hoffman Estates & Barrington).

Obviously, it would be easy to looking forward to working out this way...

Thanks for any help,

Brian

What we do under the sheets has nothing to do with how good of a personal trainer he is... let's not go over board here. You have a dirty mind

I've never had a personal trainer, are they just for the motivation? My son hired one, I think it was $80 a session, and she told him everything I told him, his diet sucked and he was excercising incorrectly. I tried to hit him up for $$$ because of all the advice I had given him

Personally if I hired a personal trainer, I would tend to hire a woman. Woman seem to be more "in-tune" with their bodies, sclupting, where the men PTs all seem bulky or muscle bound

Sometimes goodbye is your second chance.

All I know is that a good looking woman would motivate me to do many things . I couldn't get that same motivation from a guy.

Actually, the main part is that my wife used to be a gymnast, then a fitness trainer. She needs a little example and motivation for what a flat tummy is. Although she is in great shape, that is her only trouble area.

We don't really need to learn, or to get coached... more the example and the motivation one derives by being around someone in that kind of body fat and physical condition.

A friend of mine hired a great trainer downtown. She may not be available to you in your area, but she might be able to refer.

PM me if you need more info.

In that case, just rent the Dukes of Hazzard and loop the scenes with Jessica Simpson.

Jim,

Yep, well the issue is getting someone with a low body fat percentage and a competitive shape in front of my wife to work with her on a regular basis. Motivation is the issue more than anything else, and of course, the issue of the diet to drop the fat percentage.

Thanks though, complex issue here. Mixed bag of reasons.

Still no hot chick to help by the way...

Brian

Well, looks like we have a handle on a good female trainer in our area.

Nagaro4 has given me a good lead which I will be calling to follow up with today. And she is in Barrington!

So, keepin my fingers crossed.

call your local x sport gym and ask for a female personal trainer... then see if they will do home appointments at your gym.
