Man, I'm Gettin Thirsty!!!

I don't normally indulge in fruity beverages, but the word on the street is if one is going to use supplements at all, one should use Juice. Should I buy store brand or name brand? Is frozen concentrate the way to go? I'm so confused!

Kevin

Ask me how to get a free kick in the teeth!

So Kev, what's your bench these days? If you're looking to creatine, it must be up there. 250? 300?

"includes 10 used-car dealers or auto repair shops, 11 liquor stores and bars--two of which advertise lingerie fashion shows and a third billed as a "gentlemen's club"--three cut-rate motels and one trailer park. The squat, brick municipal building is next to a currency exchange and a few steps from an adult video store. The bars open at 10 a.m. and close at 6:30 a.m."

What doesn't make sense? It is not hard to do repeated reps of 150 or 200 lbs.

It doesn't take much effort or muscle endurance to put up repeated reps of 150 or 200.

All creatine does is allow you to work out longer.

So if you can barely finish your last set at 200, but when supplementing you load another 20 lbs on there and rep it out for the same ammount you haven't gained something? You're assuming that a person using it will only do it to lengthen their workout and not intensify it.

If you are putting up only 150 or 200 and using creatine, you're a fool.

Sorry, i had to run errands. If you're putting up 35 or 35000 you dont NEED anything. If you want to maximize your gains, at any level, you can suppliment with creatine cyclically.
