It's mostly flavanoids. And I think that next to HMB, this is the next biggest rip off of a product. First off, let's start with Riboflavin (vitamin B2)...not sure of it's purpose in there. It helps with the metabolize aminos, fatty acids, and some other stuff. I doubt that they put 6.8 grams (6800mg) in there, that's above and beyond what you would ever need. 50-100mg is the optimum amount to take per day. But since everything else is typo'd in the ingredients I figure they just forgot the 'mg', not to mention since they say 400%, I believe that the RDA suggests around 1.2mg and 4 times that is not too far.

Anyway the rest are flavanoids which do actually help in some muscle recovery and antioxidant functions, however 9mg of a blend is almost worthless. If you were to take the grape seed extract alone I would suggest 40-100mg a day. Who knows how much of that 9mg is grape seed. Quercitin, rutin...you'll get more of those from eating a single apple than what's in that pill. Basically you'll get better results and increase strength if you leap from a tall building than taking this crap.
