Lactic Acid

... MY GOD I am SORRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

Did legs on Friday and then proceeded to do the second day soreness limp through the auto show on Sunday. I have a basketball game tonight too but I keep triping over my muscles lack of ability to straighten my leg out.

I am screwed. That is all.

you know massage helps break up the lactic acid, but enduring any type of massage on muscle that are sore in that manner is worse than just toughing it out.

tell me about it, I started adding in strength training to my usually cardio workouts. and My arms have been killing me the last 2 days. Today is the first day I will be abler to do that again as I can straighten them again now.

HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!

I hear ya guys. I hadn't worked out for about 4 months. Got back in the gym last week. Did a 45 minute workout total body and some cardio. F*ck! Could bearly move the next day and then got the flu a couple days later lol I'm still pissing out of my butt and it still hurts to squat down on the seat. Dam, I'm old lol

The squat, brick municipal building is next to a currency exchange and a few steps from an adult video store. The bars open at 10 a.m. and close at 6:30 a.m."

Its funny cause its true.

Since december, I have been hitting the treadmill. i am up to 2.2 miles per day in a 30 minute jog. Now I have started adding in dumbbells. the cardio has helped a lot, now the dumbells are making me remember what pain is but its a gooooooood burn
