How long to wait before.....

Well, I haven't lifted since December. I used to go 6 days a week and lift heavy. I decided to get back into it. I was lifting on Thursday and Friday at about 75% of what I used to do. I didn't want to push myself. Saturday I was a little sore and them by night I could barely lift my arms. I think it was the incline dumbell fly's that did it. I'm still hurting pretty bad. I'm not on supplements anymore which I blame most of it on but the pain is a little more than a muscle ache. I almost feel like I tore something on my shoulder. I've tore muscles before, left bruises, busted open stretch marks, but its not like that. I have a high tolerance for pain and just curious how long I should wait before I have a doctor check it out. I don't plan on working out my chest or shoulders until I get more mobility but I don't want to have something heal wrong when I could have it corrected (like when I broke my hand after punching my car ). Maybe I'm just dehydrated and am being a baby

I meant the supplements just helped with the healing process. I've tore a groin muscle before and have broke open stretch marks by my arm pit while lifting if that is what you are referring to, but it didn't feal like that. I just blame that on improper nutrition. I've got so many stretch marks its ridiculous. Any way, I'm fealing a lot better. I'm still sore but I can move my arms more as long as I do it slowly.
