weight gain help please

hey, heres the story

i hit puberty jr year of highschool, when i gained about a foot in height and no weight. i was 5'11 and 115 lbs. no good.

i tried working out and eating alot. it would work until i came to a point. and it would stop and go back down.

i made it to 125 in a year

couple years later i went hardcore, tried some sups, and made it close to 150 in 6 months, not bad. but now it wont go anywhere. well no biggy i still work out and check my weight. one day i noticed my weight dropping, 144?

then i got sick for a week. lost even more weight. EASILY

i dont get how, i have like 3 % body fat. im active, eat like a monster, i dont drink or do drugs. what am i doing wrong, what can i change?

im thinking about m1t. i dotn wanna be huge, i wanna weigh 165. any advice?

I hate that shit too. You can only see commercials for weight loss, and all those Jenny Craig, slimfast, and other bs. You almost never see any for weight gain. I want to gain weight too, but it's not easy to find a good reliable info on how to.

Your trying to modify your body type. Everyone's body wants to be a certain way and will settle at that type. whether your endomorphic mesomorphic etc. If I remember my high school gym class correctly you are an ectomorph. your body is tall and thin and that's just the way it is. to keep that extra weight on your going to have to work hard no matter what you do. Just like an endomorph has to work thier ass off to loose weight. and a mesomorph just looks at the gym and increases thier max lift by 20%

That is if your healthy. some things can go wrong that make a person gain or loose weight. thyroids etc can cause this.

HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!

Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.

It's a gland located in your throat. See a doc about it. I doubt that is the issue though.
