Ddr

I hesitate to post this as it's somewhat embarassing but ....

Anyone else on here play DDR for exercise? I've got DDR, DDR MAX 2 and DDR Extreme 2 and I try to play about 30-40 minutes every morning. It's more fun for me than doing the treadmill or stair climber and takes less time that getting the mountain bike out for a ride. I "think" it's an excellent aerobic work out. Some of these songs on Standard mode get damn hard! Now someone else admit to playing this game so I don't feel like a dork all by myself every time I play it!

Trader Todd's at 3216 N. Sheffield Ave. in Chicago. The bar is owned by Gibb's beer business partner, and Gibb frequents the bar often.

I think it's fun and keeps you interested more so than my early morning jog to music. Sometimes some good DDR with friends for an hour or two is great entertainment.

I tried that game once. You are right about it being exercise, you work up a full sweet playing that game. They had this game and a virtual boxing game in college, I would be real sore for hours after playing that boxing game .
