map my run

For the runners out there, and those training for the upcoming 5k, this website www.mapmyrun.com is fricken awesome!! Lets you determine the exactly length of your favorite runs. Good for training purposes.

For example this is the run I really enjoy doing, I thought it was about 3 miles and now I know its just over 3 miles so almost a 5k!!!

Yes and he has a british accent. I knew it was him as soon as he came on the screen though.

I was waiting for him to say "I don't play well with others" hahah

The accent is probably because he actually is British.

oh, I get it. Yes I'm not too good at long distances. But its nice to just knock out a quick 3 miles when I'm not feeling like burning all the time needed to go the gym. 30 minute run is much faster than packing up my gym gear, driving to the gym, working out, showering, then driving home. And it's nice variety.

I'm going to map out some runs along Napermilf.....

Now, I've got NO excuse not to put in a quick one for the Pumpkins 5K.

Cool site, Chris. Now I know how far I've been running and riding my mtb. It's a bit farther than I thought.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

nice site, I have always been to lazy to clock my distance in a car. Most of my runs are just over 3 miles.
