strength training???

was in kickboxing for 3 months then busted my wrist stuntin.....goin back to kickboxing in january.

my question is, what method of lifting should i use to grow strength?

before when i was lifting, i was working towards just getting ripped by doin lots of reps


any suggestions?

lots of reps isnt going to get you ripped. for mass go heavy. then later diet down to get "ripped".
