Bootcamp Workout

not sure if anyone is interested in this but if you live in the city this is a great way to getting back in shape before summer hits. i joined this last year and it worked really good.

Bootcamp

it says it's a bootcamp but it's far from it. people aren't screaming at you but it is an organized work out that helps you improve stamina and lose weight through running and plyometrics. they pretty much run you into the ground without using weights. it's done outside, rain or shine.

for the price it's a fairly cheap investment with good returns. in the first month alone i drop a 1:30 off my mile time.

maybe i'll see you out there.

A friend of mine is doing something like this through Lifetime. The first day he was a couple minutes late and everyone did pushups (except him) for him being late. Sounds like fun...especially if you're struggling w/ motivation.

ha ha...i've been late before and didn't do that but yes if motivation is what you need then it's a good place to start.

That's funny. I would let them know that I'm not paying for them to be assholes.

That aren't really assholes, it's more of a teammate scenario where everyone pushes each other. Adds a new dimensions to the typical boring workout.

NagaroS4 will probably post in here if he sees it; he ran one that I did at Lifetime a few years back.
