Worst throw-up EV3R today...

So I got home from the gym, had my protien shake, and 8 other horse pills that I take. So to eat I decided to eat plain multi-grain toast and a can of tuna...and an apple... the toast and tuna eventually made its way into a sandwhich and I devoured that pretty quickly. So then I made my way onto the apple. I got about 1/2 way done with the apple and swalled a good chunk of it on accident... well it got lodged pretty hard in my throat and my mouth started to water really thick like. After that I felt hiccups coming on pretty strong...so I sat hoping that the hiccups would knock the piece of apple down... well... it ended up pushing the tuna sandwhich UP and I literally ran to my bathroom (nobody home luckily and as I was taking my knees to the ground shit hit the...toilet...luckily 98% of it went into the toilet so cleanup afterwards was minimal... point of typing this is I dunno but...it had to do with dieting and working out

hahaha yea thats one of em. I take Animal Pak, 3 BCAA pills 3 times a day, 2Fish Oil pills twice a day, 2 MIlk Thistle (liver cleaning) pills 3 times a day, 2 Nitric Oxide Pills in the morning 3 before workout and 2 at dinnertime, L-Glutamine powder mixed w/protien after workout, protien shake 3 times a day, and creatine before workout.

I'm pretty big into working out if you cant tell. The good thing is... most of that stuff EVERYONE should take anyways. Such as BCAA, Fish Oil, Milk Thistle, daily vitamin (maybe not animal pak but...something), and protien at least twice a day...

I'm actually soon going to be going on Mass Tabs but i need to do some more research before I start those.

do you take all of those pills so you can eat McDonalds for meals? I always thought that the diet as prescribed by the (insert the people who tell what a good diet is) provides sufficient daily vitamins and minerals.

Nope. Do some searching on what each of those do. Example... Fish Oil is good for you hair, skin, nails, and helps keep your joints strong so they don't hurt when lifting. Also, Omega-3 is one of the most unused vitamins that people need to start taking to keep healthy....but nobody seems to believe the research... I hate fast food, I hate sit down restraunts. Last nite for dinner I had a salad w/ ham and turkey, tomatoes, and no dressing. For dessert I had 2 banannas and an orange.

I posted a little about Nitric Oxide. You're taking Milk Thistle to counter the effects of all the bad stuff on the liver or just to take it for daily liver functions? Again, I'd be very cautious taking NO.

you're right. I can't tell that you're into working out, because all ya talk about is the synthetic garbage you're taking, and nothing about actual working out
