Spin cycles

anyone know what the cleats are on spin cycles? Looks like the pedals are straps on one side and clipless on the other. I assume they're all SPD but I dont know for sure, figured someone might.

Most gyms or healthclubs have spin cycles with the pedals for SPD cleats. I bought the shoes with the SPD cleats for spin classes. Now that I bought my bike I want the LOOK cleats because the cleat is a bigger platform, for less numbness in the toes! Live and learn, right! Good Luck!

I figured they were spd. I have egg beaters on my bike so my cleats wont fit the spin cycles, shitty!!! I dont want to be swapping cleats to do a class, so either I'm doing spin in regular shoes or nabbing another pair of cheap shoes just to put spd cleats on them.

Probably a good idea! I might do that too, just to have the shoes for spin class. I'm not crazy about my carnacs anyways. Where do you workout? I'm currently at Cardinal but I miss all the classes Lifetime has to offer! :-(

I'm at HealthTrack Sports and Wellness in Glen Ellyn, near 53 and Roosevelt. It's close and I like it. I used to be a lifetime member but it was too far from me and I never went because of it. Several lifetime members on the board, I think Nolan and Kim go to Cardinal.
