what is the pace like for these rides? Like balls out 50' jumps and 40mph downhill paths through trees or just a casual pace? Do you sport a helmet? Tell me more.

@ Vcook

It's not a fast pace. The trails are pretty tight and technical but the obstacles aren't too tough. There are easy and medium ones, and a couple I have to walk my bike over.

Like Vcook said, wear a helmet. Lots of low branches and places to knock your head around.

Hope you can make it, Hans.

If it rains too much then the trails will be too muddy. I'll check tomorrow and will post if its still on.

chills, i'm not going to make it bro I'm sorry. I'm sore from doing deadlifts the other day and getting to knock knolls in a timely manner is difficult. Perhaps we should plan a weekend deal?

bummer, dude. Too sore to ride a bicycle in the woods?

We could do a weekend thing, but it would have to be early. That place fills up with kids, hikers with leash-less dogs (sooo annoying), and other riders by lunchtime.

I'm free Sunday morning.
